Tasai members are self employed and inter-dependent.
We are in a constant connected flow of individual & collaborative, big & small project arcs. We call it our ecology of collaboration.
Our ecology of collaboration isn’t a place, it’s network of relationships, shared meaning and shared language. We are all part of the ecosystem we are within, so tending to ourselves is tending to the ecosystem, tending to the ecosystem is tending to ourselves.
Within the ecosystem we all have our own managed ecosystems (your Grandma probably called it a garden). In other words, we all have our own self-employment gardens.
We also find ways, on an ad hoc basis, to collaborate together. We call that our community garden.
Here’s some fruit from our community garden.
